Sick thought of the day . . .

So as we were walking upstairs to Canon Chapel, I looked at the sign that said "No food or drink beyond this point" and pondered if the wine and communion wafers that I knew were already upstairs counted. Of course, according to the Roman Catholic doctrine of transubstantiation, said wine and wafers are turned into the body and blood of Christ in the course of the Mass. So, I pondered further, does it count as a person?

This led to a vision of somebody bursting into a Catholic church and yelling "Tell everybody you know! Holy communion! IT'S PEOPLE!!!!"

I really, really hope that God has a sense of humor. 'Cos if He doesn't, I am so screwed.

Re: Oh yeah
CF should tell you about the time we almost got kicked out of church for doing nothing more than slumping. The four of us together in church could lead to a deadly set of the giggles.
Then there was the time we had a betting pool on how long Easter service was going to be......
