Two quick things . . .

One--drinking 60+ oz. of water a day does wonders for my energy levels. I am downright boggled by it. I have a big 20 oz. purple cup that I fill up and drink from over the course of the working day. Three refills and I'm at my quota. I recommend this to everyone. Water is your friend.

Two--check out this LJ community: gbltkite. What they want to do is get a bunch of people to go to Washington DC and fly rainbow kites as a gentle reminder that gay people are US citizens, too. They're in the very early stages of planning this, and I hope the word spreads widely and quickly. I think it's a nifty idea.

Water is SO good. During winter months I find it a bit difficult to drink that much water but now that it's getting warmer I'm aiming at 2+ litres (70oz.)

It is so hard for me to remember to drink that much. When I do, though, it is remarkable how much better I feel.

Does wonders for my skin and hair, too.

Also: I love the idea of the kites!
