I think I need to do something about my internet habit. I'm getting a little too much time sucked away at the screen and I've got a little too much on my plate to be doing that.

I have to figure out what my triggers are and find some better habits to substitute for them.

Ponder ponder.

Going to bed now.

Today I took pleasure in the feel of my fuzzy black scarf.

Today I learned the best time to go grocery shopping is right after dinner--it's a little less stressed and you've already eaten, so you're much more likely to grab what you came for and not pick up things that look soooo yummy while you're there, 'cos you're too full to think about eating anything else.
