Ow . . . ow . . . ow . . .

So on Tuesday morning, I went for a checkup so I could yell at the insurance people about charging me an extra two hundred bucks for a pre-existing condition I no longer actually suffer from.

(The doctor recommended I get a note from a psychiatrist. I'll be making an appointment tomorrow--didn't have time today.)

Anyway, I noted on the little form that my last tetanus shot was 1990, so, well, we had to take care of that, didn't we?

My arm is still sore and I'm periodically getting little spasms around my neck and shoulders.

I'm also starting to wonder if it's fucking with my mood on top of everything. I've been a little more stressed out and snappish than usual. Perhaps I should wait until this passes before making an appointment with the psyche lady.

I used up all my internets time, so I think I'm going to curl up with a book and try to distract myself from the pain.

Today I took pleasure in a glass of Two Buck Chuck. (Actually, it's closer to Three Buck Chuck here in Georgia, but, hey. It's wine, it's cheap, it's pretty good.)

Today I learned the big messy project at work that I thought was nearly done turned out to be even more messed up than I'd realized.
